Today we show you a holiday home with an eclectic Mediterranean style, with a strong passion for simple and country shapes, fabrics with fresh and colorful patterns.
White, the absolute protagonist of the walls of this house in Menorca, is the common thread between the different rooms developed on three levels and gives an extraordinary brightness.
The traditional architecture is clearly visible in the large masonry arches (which show the generous thickness of the walls), the beautiful beams in natural wood and the variety of shades of stone.
In line with the architecture, simple and natural furniture is a pleasant mix of styles.
In the dining room, we find traditional reclaimed furniture, with an unmistakable rustic style. While the kitchen, located next door, is furnished with modern white furniture with a simple design. Finally, in the living room, little blue touches remind us that we are in a house by the sea, here the style is decidedly Mediterranean.
The three bedrooms and their bathrooms have very similar styles and also evoke the proximity of the Mediterranean: the headboards of the beds are nothing more than back-beds in masonry, equipped with niches and shelves, while the bright colored fabrics become the focal point. Everything here seems ready for a siesta! The bathrooms, with splendid stone sinks, have mirrors made by recovering old doors and windows.
Finally, the small swimming pool, built in the courtyard of the house, is a delightful oasis that invites you to take a bath and relax in the summer months.
